Custom goods
Every edition is made to order from selected artwork. Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins, except where required by law. If an item arrives damaged or materially defective, contact us within 14 days with photographs and we will arrange a replacement.
Rights and ownership
By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. Onchain artwork is limited to allowlisted collections whose public licence, holder rights, or direct agreement permits reproduction. A verification mark records ownership at order time; it does not transfer copyright, token ownership, or guarantee future ownership.
Production
Physical appearance can vary slightly from a backlit display. Production location, delivery estimates, and carriers vary by destination. Customs may apply where local production is unavailable.
Wallet safety
A wallet is optional. Ownership verification uses a message signature and does not require a blockchain transaction. MintMark will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
